3. Cookies and Analytics

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them to make the Site work and to understand how it is used.

  • Necessary cookies keep the Site running, keep you logged in, remember your cookie choices, and protect forms from spam. These cannot be turned off.
  • Analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager show us which pages are visited and how people find the Site. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Session recording tools such as Microsoft Clarity show us how visitors click and scroll so we can fix problems. Anything typed into form fields is hidden and not recorded.
  • Spam protection such as Google reCAPTCHA checks that form submissions come from real people.
  • Embedded content such as videos or social media posts may set cookies from the provider (for example, YouTube or LinkedIn). Their privacy policies apply.

Your choices. You can manage non-necessary cookies through the cookie banner on the Site or through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some features work.

Advertising. We do not currently use advertising or retargeting cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and give you a way to opt out.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your information for advertising.
